A Labor of Love
DnD Day is a not-for-profit event organized entirely by volunteers. We're a group of passionate D&D enthusiasts who believe in creating memorable experiences for our community.
Every aspect of this event—from crafting the campaign story and designing encounters, to building terrain and coordinating logistics—is done by people freely giving their time because they love this hobby and want to share it with others.

What Goes Into DnD Day
Story & Campaign Design
Writing the narrative, designing encounters, balancing combat, and ensuring all four theaters interconnect seamlessly.
Dungeon Mastering
Our DMs volunteer their time to prepare, practice, and run engaging sessions for each theater of war.
Terrain & Props
Handcrafted battle maps, 3D terrain pieces, miniatures, and atmospheric props to bring the invasion to life.
Event Coordination
Managing registrations, coordinating schedules, handling logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Why There's a Registration Fee
While our time and effort are freely given, there are some hard costs we simply cannot absorb. The most significant is venue booking—securing a space large enough to host multiple tables simultaneously requires a rental fee.
To cover these essential expenses, there will likely be a small registration cost to participate. We don't yet know the exact amount, but our commitment is clear:

We aim to provide the best possible experience for the lowest possible price. Every dollar of registration goes directly toward making the event happen—nothing more.
What Does the Fee Cover?
